At Fiya Pit Food Trailer, we take pride in preparing fresh food and providing a great customer experience. Because our food is made fresh to order, we maintain the following policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and order issues.
Order Accuracy
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order is placed and food preparation begins, it may not be possible to modify or cancel the order.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect items were prepared
- Items were missing from the order
- Food quality concerns due to preparation error
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the problem.
Resolution options may include:
- Replacement of the item
- Store credit
- Refund at management’s discretion
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Failure to pick up an order
- Change of mind after food preparation has begun
- Delays caused by high order volume or event traffic
Pickup Orders
Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the designated time and location provided at checkout. Food not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may not qualify for refunds.
Event and Catering Orders
Catering orders follow separate contract terms and cancellation policies provided during the booking process.
